The draft law No. 2424, which amends the Air Code of Ukraine, was supported  256 persons.

According to the law, the state aviation tax for each passenger who makes a domestic flight within Ukraine will be $ 0.5, and on international flights outside the country - $ 2. For each ton of cargo within Ukraine, the fee will be $ 2.5, and for international transportation from / to Ukraine - $ 10.

The fee will not be charged for: transportation of high-ranking officials, official delegations of Ukraine and other states; transportation of humanitarian aid goods from / to Ukraine; flights related to the elimination of the consequences of natural disasters, aviation and other events, sanitary flights; the carriage of passengers exempted from paying taxes by law; transportation of children under two years old; transportation of transit passengers. This fee has been  since 1996 уear.
